How does this work?
A consultation is required to initiate yoga therapy. This session lasts for 15-20 minutes and includes information about your life, any conditions you may have experienced (including injuries), and why you might want to consider yoga therapy. The assessment encompasses examining your posture and daily movements, as well as identifying muscle groups that may be responsible for pain or discomfort in specific areas. Moreover, we will scrutinize your breathing technique as dysfunctional breathing can have a significant impact on our physical, mental, and emotional well-being. We will work together to establish achievable and specific goals for yoga therapy, taking into account all of this. Following the first session, I’ll give you a tailored care plan
